Subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission is suitable for conversion to suit Employment, Tourism, Agricultural or Community use. An application was submitted under reference 20/07852/LBC but that is as yet undetermined.
The site overall extends to about half an acre.

Dauntsey is a small hamlet with a farm shop and an excellent village store in the nearby village of Great Somerford, about two miles away. Both junctions 16 and 17 of the M4 motorway are within a six miles radius, providing easy road travel to the areas of Swindon, Bristol and Bath. Nearby Chippenham and Swindon have mainline stations providing access to London - Paddington.
